Persuasive Intent
This is a scene from the film The Fifth Element where they do what is now known as 3D printing. This fictitious depiction is much more futuristic and able to recreate an entire living being. The process shows the printing machines create a bone skeleton and muscle tissue. An ultra-violet protection shield covers the view of the last bit of the process in which the created being grows skin. The protective shield is removed and the fully 3D reconstructed being is presented.
