Persuasive Intent
This Youtube clip highlights Sony's work in progress invention of a full colour flexible display screen built onto a sheet of plastic that is capable of playing video. It is one of the first 2.5 inch screen with a resolution of 160x120 pixels. It has an organic light emiting diode (OLED) display, which allows it to use less power and be made much thinner than other types of display devices. At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January 2007, Sony showed non-flexible thin screens and has plans for more OLED products in their future.
