Description
TimeTraveler is an app that uses augmented reality to create a virtual window into the living history of the Berlin Wall. Through the app, users can launch and discover archival content, such as videos or images, while walking through the streets of Berlin. The app's content is site-specific and reflects the history of the actual location.

This app demonstrates the AR category of Historical Annotation. In this category, mainstream narratives and histories reflecting actual events of the past are activated and validated through superimposing digitized archival materials onto physical space.
