Description
WEAR SPACE is intended to be used in open work environments as a tool to reduce ambient noise and visual information in order to create more "psychological and personal space". The wearable has 5 different features: 1) the "partitions" on each side narrow the user's visibility (and reduce distractions such as movement and light) in order to help them focus and concentrate on the work in front of them, 2) the noise-canceling headphones embedded in the headband reduces distracting sounds to aid in concentration, 3) the headphones can be wirelessly connected to a smartphone or PC to play music while working, 4) the design is comfortable and "embodies the concept of wearing space", and 5) while worn, the user communicates to others that they are actively concentrating on work and not wanting to be disturbed.
