Persuasive Intent
The trailer for Bethesda's up-and-coming game Fallout 76. Unlike previous Fallout games that take place some decades after each other, Fallout 76 takes place in the year 2102; over 60 years before the first one. In it, we appear to play as the last survivor of Vault 76, the first vault to open after the nuclear war.

The world of Fallout depicts an apocalyptic scenario in which the Cold War had escalated into a nuclear holocaust, sometime during the Atomic Age. As America began to fragment under this threat, a company called VaultTech emerged promising to build shelters that would be able to withstand the blasts and subsequently allowed citizens to purchase entry into them. Unfortunately, VaultTech also used this opportunity to conduct a series of experiments, both social and biological, on its inhabitants, resulting in horrifying incidents inside several vaults. After the vaults opened, the inhabitants (or their predecessors) are now tasked with rebuilding their country while facing threats of mutated creatures, warring factions, and other crazed survivors.
