This article compares some of the high tech inventions in Black Panther's fictional nation of Wakanda to innovations that are happening in the real world today. Examples include the potential resemblance of Shuri's magnetic levitation rail system to Elon Musk's Hyperloop, remote piloting and the use of kimoyo beads to remotely controlled drones using VR, and Wakanda's vibranium to today's existence of graphene.
