Description
[Video Description: This video shows various people using the iBOT wheelchair and displays text that reads: "This is the iBOT. A revolutionary motorized wheelchair that allows the user to "walk" up and down stairs, climb hills, and interact at eye level. The chair is a joint project between Toyota and Segway inventor Dean Kamen, and works through two sets of powered wheels that rotate to maximize mobility. It's in prototype form for now, but already looks like it could change the world".

The iBOT was first developed by DEKA and introduced to the market in 2003. It was later discontinued in 2009. It was announced in 2016 that this collaboration with Toyota was going to bring it back].
