Description
CNET's Andy Altman speaks with Michael Hayes, CEO of InWith Corporation. Instead of smartglasses, the company has developed mobile-connected AR/XR soft contact lenses that they believe will allow users to do anything they can do with smartphones. Use cases could include receiving directions while driving, or from a more immersive perspective, users could one day fully access the Metaverse. The contact lenses could also be used by aging people who have presbyopia or myopia. The company is hoping to get FDA approval.
