This section from the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations (e-CFR) [Title 21: Food and Drugs → Chapter I → Subchapter H → Part 880: GENERAL HOSPITAL AND PERSONAL USE DEVICES → Subpart G: General Hospital and Personal Use Miscellaneous Devices → §880.6305] provides regulatory information about and special controls of an ingestible event marker, a prescription device which records specific events logged by the patient.
