Description
Neurosurgeons in Australia used a 3D printed body part to treat a rare and aggressive form of cancer known as chordoma. Dr. Ralph Mobbs — neurosurgeon at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney — and his team extracted the cancerous bone and replaced it with a titanium 3D-printed vertebrae.
